Looking to host a meeting while you're in town? We offer meeting space accommodating up to attendees. Enjoy your stay! If visiting Bryce, choose the newer Best Western! The Ruby Inn BW shows it's age! The buffet breakfast may have been good, but we choose the grab n go sack because no one was required to wear a mask while touching the serving utensils at the buffet.
The sack breakfast's yogurt was not cold, old apple, granola bar and choice of water, oj or the weak coffee, served by an unfriendly man.
Small grocery store on site was expensive and nothing looked fresh. We bought frozen dinners to heat up in micro in room. It was an ok place to stay for a night or two, we canceled and left the 3rd night. There are only 2 BW to choose from near the park, if available, go with the newer one.
The location was central to everything we needed ie dining options, friendly helpful staff and market including grocery, souvenirs, toiletries. Note: the pool and hot tub are located in the main lodge. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.
We will share your compliments with our staff. Tell your friends about us. Stayed here to visit Bryce Canyon, very conveniently located close to the park. The hotel is nice looking on the outside and the lobby is nice, but the room was really musty, dated and old.
The bed was springy and the shower did not drain properly. The tub floor was creaky and plastic. Toilet was really loud when you flushed and when it refilled. The AC was noisy and the heat smelled like mushrooms. The room was noisy. The walls were very thin and we could hear the guests walking around upstairs, sounded like thumping elephants.
Breakfast was a buffet with poor quality pancakes, french toast, biscuits, scrambled eggs. The potatoes were the only good thing. Boiled eggs really hard and the oatmeal was watery. The service was good but the meal average. The hotel itself had a lot of facilities, and even a grocery store. A serious upgrade of the rooms is needed!
I apologize for your experience at our hotel. We will use your comments to improve our guests experience. We will share your comments with our team. I apologize again. Rooms had strong odor of overused deodorizer, sound from upstairs guests walking was extremely loud due to poor structural maintenance which prevented us from sleeping well, ceiling light was detached and exposed wires, pool water was cloudy and gross.
We will share your comments with our staff. This is really a great place to stay. Staff was great, rooms were great, absolutely a wise decision to stay here. Restaurant on site, right close to Bryce. No housekeeping because of covid, adequate parking, wonderful breakfast included.
I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Come see us again. We spent 3 days at Ruby's Inn, and had a great time.
Bryce canyon national park hotels and places to stay
We loved the activities we participated in each day and were so glad to return to the comfort of our room when we finished up. We loved starting the day with a scrumptious breakfast and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one of the nights. It was just so much fun to wake up, eat a delicious breakfast, and head out to amazing adventures each day. So much beauty and serenity all in one package! Please share your experience with your friends. Like I spend hours reviewing every hotel and restaurant I eat at before making a decision. We drove into Bryce fairly late and the options were limited But we were arriving late and leaving early, so we only needed a place to sleep.
Also, if you arrive into the town at 10 pm there is no where to eat. The room in of itself was ok. When trying to set stuff on the table walking in the door with luggage, I accidentally dropped something into the small trash can.
Cute little cabin, convenient to bryce - mountain ridge cabins and lodging
When I bent over to get it out there was a piece of chewed gum in the bag. We literally just walked in, so it wasn't ours. The room was clean. However, if you are a light sleeper don't stay on bottom floor. The beds were so so Headed to breakfast now, so cant comment there.
If I needed a place to lay my head again and it was my only option, I'd stay here Just bring you some snacks and food. I appreciate your feedback and will share it with my team. I have stayed at Ruby Inn several times. It is the default hotel for a visit to Bryce Canyon. It is reasonably priced, has all the amenities that you would expect.
Breakfast buffet sets you up for the day. Dinner is also great.

The restaurant can be crowded, you have to get to the breakfast early to avoid the crowds. I wish they would keep the dinner open longer so that you can enjor the sunset at the park and make it to dinner. We appreciate your feedback.
This hotel couldn't be any more convenient!
It is so close to the park entrance, has a shuttle stop, and has everything you'd need. There's food on site, plus a gift shop and mini grocery store. The price is affordable. There's good amenities on site like the indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center. We feel so lucky to be able offer our guests as much as we can to make their stay exciting and comfortable.
Great property and location. The floors from the guests above are very creaky and make a noise loud enough to wake even the most sound sleeper. We are currently working on a solution to the noise problem.
I apologize for this. The toilet bowl had diarrhea left in the bowl, tub and sinks had hair in them, dust everywhere, crumbs on the chair. Heard every foot step from people upstairs.
Great location, grocery store and restaurant connected to lodge was nice and convenient, nice pool and seating area. Included breakfast was in the restaurant and was decent.
Stay away. Dirty, run down, terrible room, noisy, awful shower, sounds like a bowling alley at night. Beds are terrible, wallpaper peeling, moldy, floors are dirty, pubes in 4 places in bathroom. Overpriced dive.
